Holly Yzquierdo is an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager and has served at Catholic Charities since 2014. She is passionate about helping nonprofits share the impact of their work in a digital world. Holly has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cameron University. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family.

Mary was in a domestic violence situation for eight years. Her husband controlled her financially and would not allow her to buy food for her dogs. He gave her $30 per week to buy food and would beat her if she couldn’t buy enough food for them both for the week. Mary decided to take her two dogs and escape the abuse.

“When I arrived here, I didn’t know who I was or where I was—and I didn’t care,” said “Brianna", a domestic abuse survivor in Phoenix. “My mind, my very being, was scatter in a million places—shattered in a million pieces.”

Although Danielle and Corky had three children, they felt their family was not yet complete. In 2012, they became licensed foster parents through Catholic Charities with the hope of adopting.
