Navy, Air Force) is a holistic
transitional living program
for veterans experiencing
homelessness.
MEDICAL LOAN CLOSET
Provides medical equipment such as walkers and wheelchairs for a nominal donation to low-income elderly, disabled and persons with immediate health needs.

apartment, purchasing groceries,
and ensuring adequate and
appropriate education placement
for children.
RESIDENT SERVICES
Provides personal assistanceaccessing local and community services to residents in our affiliate Housing for Hope affordable housing communities in the Valley. Mobile food pantries, after-school programs, wellness programs and community events are all part of building safe, sustainable communities.
