"We reach out to refugees, immigrants, vulnerable families, dependent children, and women struggling to escape from the web of prostitution. As we 'walk' with people through some of their most difficult times, we are humbled by their strengths and enriched by the privilege of accompanying them on their journey to health and wholeness."

Regional Director

Programs and Services

Catholic Charities facilitates the adoption of infants, supporting birth and adoptive families throughout the process. Part of this process may be counseling women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.

Casa Linda Lodge is a licensed facility where unmarried pregnant and parenting teen mothers live while getting an education in parenting, life skills, and personal development.

Our counseling staff provides understanding, caring, and support to help individuals and families deal with life challenges, behavioral problems, and family relationships.

DIGNITY is an education-based program for women wanting to leave prostitution and start a new life for themselves.

Our emergency services programs help low-income individuals and families meet their basic needs-food, clothing, shelter and other emergency needs.

We recruit loving and stable families to care for children in the custody of Child Protective Services. We also assist in the adoption process when these children find a permanent home with an adoptive family.

Catholic Charities provides legal consultation, documentation, and representation to U.S. citizens and immigrants dealing with immigration-related issues.

This program connects people in crisis with needed community resources that can help them move beyond crisis to a state of emotional and financial stability. The program can also offer financial assistance for various purposes when necessary.

Through our partnership with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and the federal government, we help refugees get settled in their new homes and provide support that will enable them to attain self-sufficiency.
