Homeless Count
Our PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) program coordinates a week-long homeless count once a year to estimate the number of homeless families and individuals in Coconino County. The count is conducted in partnership with the Coconino County Continuum of Care.

The information is used by local and state government and social service agencies to better understand community need and to secure funding and resources to better meet those needs.
